Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. Most famously, she is known for her role as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). She was the lead character Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples grew up on Lake Mary Florida. She has a sister who is named Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. Aubrey is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was awarded valedictory honors for students of the 2012 class when she was a graduate. Harvard University had accepted her. They had agreed to her admission two times in order to allow her to play the part in Nashville. Peeples starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally And Ally and Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. The actress was also in two television-based films, Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was one of the main characters in the Nashville series in which she was Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition in an interview she gave the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples as the highest on their list of the top actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
